ImageSocial is a comprehensive social photography platform designed to bring the world together through the unique and uniting elements of photography and imagery. The platform, which will be launched initially on web, mobile, iOS and Android platforms, uses the inherent attributes of photos – from Exif to tagging to geo-data – and those of the people who capture them – from location to occupation to personality – to connect users on both ImageSocial and other external social networking services. On site, users may engage with photos through social engagement, voting and through photo-centric social games incorporating unique user generated content in a previously unexplored manner. It will also serve as launch platform for the world’s largest online social event, a reality TV-style search for the defining moments of our generation, and offering the largest prize pool ever offered online in conjunction with iconic global brands and celebrities.
Snapshot Scholar was a social photography contest for California residents 18 years and older. Community votes helped to determine the top 30 photos. From there, a panel of five celebrity judges selected one winning photo. Students submitted their photos to the Snapshot Scholar website and encouraged their friends and the community to vote for them. There were three editions of Snapshot Scholar resulting in awarding $10,000+ cash and prizes.
FotoVotr was a photo contest with weekly rounds where everyone had a chance to be recognized as having the best photo for that round. Anyone could submit photos to the FotoVotr website, potentially win a round and ultimately the entire contest. Photos were selected for participation randomly or uploaded by users and then voted upon by the World Wide Web. Those receiving the most votes made it to the top of the Leaderboards.

World’s Best was a three-day photo competition where users challenged each other’s photos to determine the best photo of a specific subject.
